The concept was orginally developed during the accademic working of Mr Ashutosh Path at rural and semi urban parts of Rajasthan.When he found a serious lack of prfectional skill among "so called" techenchical graduates o the institutfrom urban Rural and semi Urban part of Rajasthan.

 IDE were implemented in several colleges sucessfully and trained almost 2200 students, last year in under graduates course among post graduates course among MBA, MBA (exc) the placement ratio of IDE is of 100 person.                 
Currently IDE is been in coprated with BBA, BCA, BSc,MBA,mCA,BCom, type of course in all over Rajasthan
